Fourth of July
Colorful lamps and explosive vibrations
Dominate the warm, sultry night.
Sounds of thunder prevail
The sky becomes a sparkling exhibition
Hearts are joined with the vigorous anticipation
While awaiting the annual erruption of raging showers of fire
One night, one glorious night
If for a moment of sweet splendor
Cares are whisked away by the fury of the shattering stars
Until all is calm again
